Our prices

1. Price conditions

The price is for 8 people. In low season we offer a discount for fewer people. Ask for it.
The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment and night.

For every additional person we charge 20,00 €/night.

The price includes:

• bed linen
• hand and bath towels and hair dryer
• fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, wood stove and ceramic hob
• TV with satellite and radio
• electricity and heating
• Wireless Internet access
• Vinschgau-Card with which you can discover the whole South Tyrol using all public transports such as bus or train starting from 1^st April to early November. You also get some discounts at various facilities such as cable cars or cultural institutions. Exclusive services against fee are available only for Vinschgau Card holders. For more information please visit the homepage www.vinschgaucard.net
• Outdoor pool (in the summer months)): You will get free tickets for the nearby public pool in Prad.
• Final cleaning
• Baby equipment (cot, failure protection, high chair, baby monitor, changing mat)
• Farm tours

2. Discounts for children

0, 1 and 2 years free of charge
3 – 9 years including: 12,00 €/night

3.    Pets

You are welcome to bring your four-legged family members on vacation. We charge 7,00 € per day (without food).
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.

4.    Terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail.The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been paid. The amount of the due down payment depends on the period of stay and we will be pleased to share it with you per e-mail.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site.
According to the Legislative Decree, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 1.999.99 in cash. For this reason, before starting your holiday, we ask you to proceed with a further down payment from your account, if the balance amount is higher than 1.999,99 €.

5.    Additional charges

For stays of only 2 days there is a little surcharge.

Local tax
The amount of local tax is 1,90 € per day per person over the age 14 .
Visitor’s tax will be charged by us at the end of the holiday and forwarded to the local community.

Breakfast: Breakfast is not included in the apartment price. Please ask for it.

Washing: You can use our washing machine for a value of 4,00 € per each wash cycle. Washing powder will be provided by usal.

6.    Arrival and departure

Your apartment is reserved for you on arrival from 13.30 clock and on departure to 9.30 clock. In case of later arrival as 19.00 clock we look forward to receiving a message from you. Other times are possible upon request.

7. Cancellation / Cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your visit. A holiday cancellation or withdrawal is always unpleasant, for both sides.

Terms & conditions for cancellations: Until 60 days before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 59 days until 30 days before arrival we will retain the deposit. From 29 days until 7 days before arrival, we will charge 3 days of the total price of your stay. In case of a cancellation within the last week before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price. In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to pay 100% of the total price.
