Our bees provide us, according to the season, with different types of honey:
- the first honey flow is collected from springflowers, known as Blütenhonig (from apple, lion’s-tooth, acacia, field flowers).
- in the main honey flow we collect alpine honey, a mixing of alpine roses honey and forest honey (Almrosen- und Waldhonig).
- in summer or autumn honey is still fluid, while over time the season of untreated natural honey starts candying, but it can be liquified in a water bath of max. 40°C.
